Located in Balham, South West London, The SconeMan in London, who provides Sketch of Mayfair with all the scones for their iconic afternoon teas, offers an afternoon demonstration of his unique scone making technique, together with Champagne and a freshly baked cream tea – along with a box of freshly baked classic and cheese scones to take home.

The SconeMan in Balham, South West London, offers a relaxing afternoon where you can partake of a glass of Champagne, whilst enjoying the delights of some perfectly light and fluffy artisan scones being made right before your eyes, giving you the chance to ask any questions as things proceed.
When the scones are made, you can relax and enjoy an unhurried, superior, freshly baked cream tea whilst watching The SconeMan continue to make his extra special cheese, parmesan, smoked paprika and mustard scones especially for you – to take home, along with some of the sweet classic scones – What’s not to like!
Afternoons with The SconeMan in London run from March to September, once a month, on Saturdays from 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Afternoons with The SconeMan in London resume next year (2026). Booking now open for the first date on:
